3. Goal Statement and Strategies:
To comply with the Constitution and keep an updated ,condensed version of the PFHA Rules in the USEF Rule Book. Make available to the membership the opportunities afforded by the USEF. ie. Activities for Youth, Scholorship programs,award programs and other USEF opportunities. Bring to the PFHA General Rules that may affect the PFHA Members.
4. Revision of Goals:
While the goals remain the same, the approach has been enhanced. By having access/representation on the Safety, Licensed Official,Hearing, National Affiliates Working Group and Federation Representative Committies, we have more insight into the working of the USEF.With this knowledge we can capitalize on the benefits of being members of the USEF
5. Accomplishments:
The PFHA Rules are once again updated in the USEF Rule Book. We have been more successful in communicating the activities of the USEF to our Membership. The PFHA Activities have been published in the USEF EQuestrian Magazine.

7. Recommendation For Goals For Following Year:
The single most important goal is to obtain a seat on the USEF Board of Directors. This goal once obtained would open doors not obtainable to us at this time. At last count we are 400 members short for a seat.
8. Policy Changes:
The committee encourages more particapation in USEF Awards Programs. More Rated Shows inlieu of "L" shows.
9. What would have helped you do a better job?:
For more Members to come to the USEF Annual Meeting and participate in the varies programs.
