Thank you so much for posting that, Kerry!
She was only 5 weeks old in that pic. She's now 5 months. I will send a more recent foto soon.
How's Waldo?
Kerry W

Our kitty is doing very well.  We've decided to call him Simba instead of Waldo.  He's in the kitchen scarfing down some kitten food as I write this.  Then it'll be play time with Nikki.  They are quite the pair.

Just let me know about the pics....I'll be happy to post them!

Thanks again. Sassie is one special kittie Surprised . She is hellonwheels. The wildest kitten I have ever had. She is soooo sweet during the day, but early am, and later pm, WATCH OUT Evil or Very Mad . No toes, fingers or anything moving, or not, are safe. She will litterally stare you down, right in the eyes. The only thing she is afraid of, is the vaccuum, and she is now realizing it won't hurt her Rolling Eyes . So glad I did not make her an outside kittie, she would have been dead by now...
Too bold, NO FEAR!!!
I Love her, she is so much fun, most of the time...
I like Simba better, I had a gray named Simba when I was little, a long time ago....  I hope he stays well. Like Felix said, they can live a long time with the virus. Some are just carriers, but may never show symptons of the disease. They can, however pass it on to other cats.
Hugs to Simba and Nikki from my critters!

kerry,  how are Simba and Nikki? Have not had news in awhile. I hope all is well with all of you! I need to send you new pics, but Sassie is still the little hellion! She is great, though sometimes you just want to strangle her!!! Typical Calico Attitude! She is into toiletpaper right now. Never before did I think to actually 'count the sheets', but I may now, since my whole house is 'papered' when I get home.
Tissue anyone?

I can relate to the TP trauma...Nikki plays with that stuff all the time, to get attention.  Rolling Eyes   I'm sure she'll teach the cat, as soon as he can reach it.

As far as the Leukemia goes...I don't think I'm going to have him retested.  It's a $60 dollar test, that will tell me what?  Feed him well, keep his stress to a minimum, give him love and a safe place to rest.  Things I plan to do anyway.  If he develops problems...I'll deal with that then.  I have no other cats (and don't plan to), and don't let him outside...so if he's got it, he has it...if he doesn't...he'll be loved no more than he is already.
  Very Happy
