Is she ... *catches her breath* ... a redhead? That fluff has a definite red tinge to it in the bottom picture! (Oooooh, we do love redheads!)
Editing to add: Wait! Not that I don't love ALL colours of babies! It's just that redheads are special. (I am one and I had one. My son, the lucky dog, has eyes the same burnished copper colour as his hair.)

Love the third photo -- I think it needs a caption like 'oooo, Mommy, Lily wants the pretty pony!'

Her hair certainly does have a red cast as does my natural color. I prayed and prayed that she would have blue eyes, so far so good. Both the boys have brown eyes.
She already has a pony, lol of course he is a hand me down bet the best little pony I have ever been around.
Thanks for all the kind words. I am completely enamored. She laughed for the first time yesterday. I can just sit and talk to her for days (which is obviously why knowone has heard from me for a while.

Cristy, red hair and blue eyes is lovely. Red hair and green eyes is cool. (That's me.) But red hair and BROWN eyes is STUNNING.

I like #3 the best...so alert! Very smart...always investigating. That's why she eats every two hours...she is probably so busy that she burns up all of those calories in that time! Mine was exactly the same way. Everyone gave me grief because I couldn't make her go longer, but they didn't see how busy she was all the time!

This kind of mentality:
| Quote: | | Everyone gave me grief because I couldn't make her go longer, |
is, in my opinion, right up there with, "Let her cry! It's good for her." Babies don't have agendas. They have needs, and when those needs are not met, they cry. Why CRY? Because they can't stand up and yell, "Listen, you old boot! I am HUNGRY!"
I never made my baby do anything he didn't want to do. Just because I wanted him to go to bed was NOT a reason for him to sleep! When he was sleepy, he slept. When he was hungry, he ate ... and he was the happiest baby, and grew into a lovely child because as he got a little older, I'd REASON with him, not lay down the law. (I roll my eyes every time I hear that classic old line: "Because I said so. That's why!" HOw lame is that?)
So, as far as "everyone" is concerned, Cristy ... don't listen.
