Very good article and TOO bad the PETA people don't get it ! It can be done right - and if the budget for FDA hadn't been cut/eliminated - USA wouldn't BE in this mess it is now!
BTW - since the whole mess started down here - I haven't been seeing the "pot-belly" double decker semi's on the interstate .There have been accidents with those that caught the attention of the Fed's, and I believe they passed a law similar to the one you have about single deck haulers with head room.
