3. Goal Statement and Strategies:
Keep continued education for our Judges and Stewards. We have put out three publications of "From the Center of the Ring". Our goal is to keep this publication alive as it is the only way to keep our Judges and Stewards informed. In 2008 we had the largest pool of judges ever to enter their name in to judge the nationals. We had 13 Judges put their name in. We would like to keep this number growing.

4. Revision of Goals:
Where this is an election year we feel it is necessary for the new committee chairperson(s) to use the old committee chairperson(s) on their new committee’s. This would ease the new administration into a solid future.

5. Accomplishments:
1) Continued Education for our Judges and Stewards
2) Using "From the Center of the Ring" to keep our Judges and stewards informed.
3) Updating the list of Judges and Stewards and making sure all of the contact information supplied is correct.
4) We ran the first teleconference call For a Stewards Clinic which saved the association many dollars. this also made it affordable for our Stewards as well.
5) This year we have six applicant Judges close to finishing their final steps for approval to be Judges. The Judges and Stewards Clinic in February will give us the final adjustment.

We would like to see the board make it mandatory for a Chairman of a committe to be on the new committee being formed.
