This issue was presented in the National Show Committee report but I do not recall any discussion or motions pertaining to it. I'm sure it will come up at a later date. We had a lot on our plates at this particular meeting.
The issue was also in Ms Emmons Report, too, wasn't it? Seems to me an issue that would generate income for the Association would be a priority issue...Was there any discussion regarding the other modalities and showing? Thanks.
Believe it or not there were FAR more pressing issues on the plate at this particular meeting. And it was a very productive meeting. There was a motion to rescind the action that was taking to suspend the rules in order to allow for the validation certificates. After much discussion, the motion was withdrawn. The situation concerning diagonals has not changed.

Becky - if you are waiting on an answer for the advertising, well it still hasn't been decided according to the report from the BOD meeting. Not sure how they couldn't decide this if they decided to keep the diagonals. (They rescended L. Burkes request to no longer have the diagonals)
